About This Program

Financial Wellness That Meets People Where They Are

An initiative designed to empower individuals in marginalized communities to achieve economic independence — financial wellness that meets people where they are. We help adults stabilize finances, build skills, and grow income through workshops, 1:1 coaching, and warm referrals.

Services are delivered on-site, mobile, and virtually. This is an education and navigation program — not legal, tax, or financial advice. Services vary by site and funding availability.

Training Topics

What You’ll Learn

Each training session is 1–3 hours. Participants can attend individual sessions or complete the full series.

Financial Literacy & Budgeting

Understanding income and expenses, creating a realistic budget, building an emergency fund, and setting financial goals.

Debt Strategies & Credit Building

Understanding credit scores, disputing errors, reducing debt strategically, and building a positive credit history.

Business Development & Entrepreneurship

Starting and growing a small business — business plans, licensing, marketing basics, and accessing capital.

Technical Assistance for Small Businesses

One-on-one support for existing business owners — operations, record-keeping, online presence, and growth strategy.

Support Services

Peer-to-Peer Support

Community cohort for accountability and encouragement throughout the program.
